Shania Twain Plays Small Bar In Toronto
Shania Twain played a very intimate performance at the Horseshoe Tavern in Toronto.
On Friday, July 17, the Canadian pop-country icon took the stage in front of 500 fans at the tiny dive bar on Queen Street West.
In a post on social media, Shania wrote…
“The bars of Ontario are where I cut my teeth learning how to perform, entertain and hold a room. So making my debut last night at the legendary Horseshoe Tavern all these years later felt pretty surreal and super special.”
Fans raved over Twain’s 75-minute set on social media, which she began with “Come On Over” and “Any Man of Mine.” The concert was announced a day before and sold out within minutes.
Shania is gearing up for the release of her seventh studio album this Friday, July 24.
The 60-year-old’s latest collection of work, Little Miss Twain, drops on July 24, but listeners can already hear three singles off the LP.
